This site is not an offer
Nothing on qanot.vc is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any fund, and nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Any investment in a Qanot vehicle is made only to eligible investors, only through that vehicle's final offering documents, and only where lawful. If those documents say something different from this website, the documents govern.
Figures, models and forward-looking statements
Market and portfolio figures on this site are unaudited, stated as at the date shown, and provided for illustration. The interactive models on the fund-mathematics page are teaching tools using assumed inputs — they are not projections, forecasts, or representations of the performance of any Qanot vehicle, and no output of them should be relied on. Venture investing carries the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results.
What you send us
We receive a lot of pitches, and we may already be looking at a company like yours. So: material you send us unsolicited is not treated as confidential unless we have signed something saying otherwise, and sending it does not create an investor, advisory or fiduciary relationship. Please do not send trade secrets or anything covered by another party's NDA. We may independently develop or fund something similar, and nothing here restricts that.
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to store it and circulate it internally to evaluate the opportunity — nothing more. Handling is described in the privacy notice.
Using the site
Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to breach or probe its security, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or impersonate Qanot or its people. The site and its content are ours or licensed to us; the Qanot name and mark may not be used to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.
Links, availability, liability
We link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for. The site is provided "as is": we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the courts of Tashkent have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different forum.

Questions about these terms: legal@qanot.vc.
Before launch: a sound starting structure, not a substitute for counsel. Have a lawyer set the governing-law clause to match the entity that signs, confirm the securities-marketing language for every jurisdiction where you raise, and insert the registered entity name and address. Then delete this note.
